Meet Ashley

Hello. I'm Ashley. I created Your Light In Darkness to assist you as you become spiritually aware and heal mentally and emotionally. I am dedicated to teaching you how to do shadow work, how to heal your mind, how to elevate your self worth and ultimately how to heal your inner being, so that you confidently know who you truly are. I've personally had many layers of healing to do from experiences throughout every stage of my life. I know how challenging it can be to fully love and embrace all of who you are and to not let your past experiences define who you are today. I'm here to show you it's possible to be mentally free and spiritually aligned and to teach you how to do it. Thank you for allowing me to serve you, Ashley
